The Young Enterprise Primary Programme

Show kids how their world works!

Volunteers from business and the local community throw open a window on
the world of work and life in their community.

Six modules, one for each year of primary education.
Five fun and interactive lessons in each module.
 Directly supports the citizenship curriculum.
Increases understanding of how the world works.
Fosters attitudes for success.
Promotes lifelong learning and skills development.

"Through supporting the Primary Programme we are able to
bring a fun and motivational learning experience to children in
schools as well as to our own employees who get a real buzz out
of volunteering to work with the children in the classroom."
Neil Makin, Cadbury Schweppes Plc

“We learnt about the community and about what jobs people do. We acted out having different jobs and paying taxes and we voted on what is most needed in our community.” Chantelle Bhanger, Primary Programme student, Park Junior School.

Our Service Description documents are completed jointly and form the basis of our understanding between the school and ourselves:-
