Students in Higher Education have the opportunity
to test-out self employment
and business creation through setting up and running their
own company.
Runs for up to 1 academic year.
The company is mentored by a volunteer from business.
Students raise share capital and finance the company themselves.
The company designs and makes a product or service to sell
to the public.
Helps students to appreciate the potential of SMEs as future
employers.
Promotes attitudes for personal success, lifelong learning
and employability.
